The aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO) is the material of the natural n-type semi-conductor ZnO doped element Al, and its conductivity is increased by several ordersof magnitude to become a high-performance ITO material. AZO is low-cost, non-toxicand its advantages are numerous. However, previous studies on glass and other hardmaterials about the AZO, limit the the range of applications and make transport dif-cult.Therefore,it is necessary to expand AZO thin flms to fexible substrates.This article uses the magnetron sputtering method making AZO thin flms on trans-parent fexible substrate.Then,it studies the properties of the transparent conductiveflms on fexible substrates of PMMA(Polymethylmethacrylate) and PC(Polycarbonate)by the dates acquired from the equipment of UV-visible spectrophotometer, scanningelectron microscopy and X-ray difractometer.And it makes comparative studies of theflm on the glass substrates. This paper mainly discusses the optical properties of the flmmaterial. After the experiment, some researches of the light absorption and refractiveindex change efected by polaron have been done. In this paper,there are a total of fvechapters.The frst chapter,it introduced the development status of the transparent conductiveoxide flms, signifcance and prospects. It also introduced the basic knowledge of zincoxide,some of the main methods preparing AZO flms, as well as the advantages andmethods of preparation of AZO thin flms on fexible substrates.The second chapter, it is for the preparatory phase of the experiment, including thepreparation of the substrate material, the sputtering target, the experimental procedureof magnetron sputtering method and the measurement methods of the experiment datarequired after the end of the experiment. This chapter is the experimental basis of laterresearch and provide specifc data.In the third chapter, AZO optical properties of the fexible substrate are studied. Thischapter studied the transmittance of visible light on diferent substrates on the test basisin the second chapter. It got the band gap of the material, Urbach band tail absorption,and the growth of the flm from the surface morphology.In the fourth chapter, optical absorption coefcient and refractive index change on thecylindrical quantum dot were studied by the polaron efect. This chapter got the energylevels and wave functions of the cylindrical quantum dots by the method of separationof variables,and deduced the expression of a cylindrical quantum dot optical absorption coefcient and refractive index change by density matrix theory and iterative method.Andit discussed the optical absorption coefcient and refractive index efected by paraboliclimited frequency, magnetic feld, the coefcient of linear potential and polaron efect.In the ffth chapter, it gives the summary of this thesis,including the main conclusionsof the front and the lack of previous work. Later,work target and direction are putforward basis on the before.
