Meshless method is a numerical method, which establish discrete system equations to a problem domain without pre-defined grid. In this method, a set of scattered nodes in the problem domain and the boundary of the domain is used to(rather than discrete) represents of the problem domain and the boundary. And this method adoptes completely based on the approximate point, completely or partially eliminate grids, completely avoid the mesh regeneration. Radial point interpolation method (RPIM) coupled radial basis function and polynomial basis functions constructed shape functions, not only effectively solves the point interpolation method (PIM) coefficient matrix singularity problems, and interpolation function with the delta function property, thus overcome the past difficulties of the meshless method difficult to apply the difficulty of the displacement boundary conditions. In recent years, the meshless radial point interpolation method (RPIM) as a new meshless method, is more and more used for solving the electromagnetic field model is similar to the grid dependence, low precision, long calculation time, the boundary conditions are difficult to impose, and have achieved good results.In recent years, meshless radial point interpolation method (RPIM) as a new meshless method, is increasingly being used to solve problems arising from electromagnetic model is similar to the grid dependence, low precision long calculation time, difficult to impose boundary conditions and other issues, and achieved good results.Firstly, in this paper, in-depth study FDTD method, based on the study of the theory of electromagnetic cloak material, and by introducing Drude equation deduced RPIM method implementations electromagnetic cloak material.Secondly, electromagnetic cloak as physical model, described in detail with meshiess (RPIM) principle of the method and gives a method to construct the shape function, and combined the Maxwell equations with Drude theory of discrete systems of equations derived electromagnetic field component iterative equation of the cloak material and the perfectly matched layer (PML) RPIM implementation method.Thirdly, discusses the program design idea, draw the flow chart of program structure, on the basis of using matlab based on the radial point interpolation method, through a large number of calculations, the different parameters of electromagnetic cloak example (parameter,the node distribution, etc.) the impact on the accuracy of experimental verification. Finally, by setting the different step length and cloak electromagnetic wave propagation in the cloak of radius authentication, verify the feasibility of the method; Through and time domain finite difference method numerical comparison found that the method has higher accuracy and faster calculation speed.
