Research Of Key Technology Of The Homeland Survey Database Construction

The article is supported by the second national land survey project of LiaoNing province,taking Taizihe as the object of study, using GIS and theory of land use, discusses construction ofrural land survey database at or above the county level of the technology method, and studies inthe process of construction of database of several key technology. The concrete content includes:(1)Points discussed four stages of rural land survey database at or above the county levelconstruction method, namely: data preparation stage, field annotation stage, data sorting phase,database construction stage;(2)Designs a set of database construction technical route based on the land renovationsurvey database for data foundation, separately carried on the data and attribute data collection,database structure, data warehousing and so on several aspects of improvement;(3)In order to use existing cadastral information better, this paper studies how to link up thesecond land survey and land renovation on the key techniques, including coordinate conversion,attribute inheritance and data format conversion through an example;(4)Studies some key technology of the database construction, including image interpretation,ellipsoid area calculation and topological;(5)Introduction of the error sources in the land survey, specific analysis data qualityproblem in the process and propose the quality control methods.
