| With the developing of technology and spectrum system analysed widely, people bring more request about its index mostly, such as spectrum response range and precision. So, based on FPGA and linear CCD, this paper designed a confocal spectral analysis and data acquisition and processing monitoring system. According to the spectral analysis acquisition system, the whole system is divided into confocal optical fiber probe module, spectrum sensing spectral module, CCD optic-electric conversion module and PC receiving display module.As a new semiconductor phototube, CCD used widely, the key problem is timing about driver circuit. Based on FPGA this paper wrote the part of the source code to describe the pulse of drive sequence circuit by verilog, and designed the circuit principle diagram. It is correct from simulation by Modelsim software. According to the requirements of the system structure, the paper achieved the purpose of spectral analysis by realizing Labview display and measuring glass thickness. The photo-mechanic-electronic system has more advantages, such as miniature and integration, high detection efficiency and detection transmission speed, which has a broad market prospect. |
