Construction Of Overall Landuse Planning Database At County Level Based On GIS

As the set of multi-source information such as remote sensing、landuse status、 basic farmland,remote sensing monitoring,land changing survey and fundamental geographic,land resources "one-chart" put forward by the ministry of land and resources,stack with planning, approval, supply, supplement, development and enforcement of land recources, constructing a unified comprehensive supervision platform, makes the resource development and use of "observe from heaven,supervise online and query on groud" become a reality, thus achieve the goal of resource dynamic supervision. As the foundation of the state practice the system of land use control, overall land use planning has important guiding significance to land development, use, management and protect. Database of overall landuse planning as the important part of land resources "one chart", it is the main method to use land resources resonable and high-effective.This article took GIS technology and database technology as surpport, used software engineering and system engineering, explored the flow to construct database of overall landuse planning. The research had mainly focused on the processing method of spatial data and non-spatial data in the database of overall landuse planning. Combined with development and application of geographic information system, took Pingyi County, Shandong Province as the research region, implement the construction of database of overall landuse planning at county level.This article discussed the flow to construct database of overall landuse planning with four part. The first part introduced the backgroud and significance of the research, analyzed the domestic and foreign research status on database of overall landuse planning, and put forward the research content and technical route of this topic.The second part is mainly a brief introduce to the softwa GISre such as MapGIS, ArcGIS, MapGIS planning construction system, and the development language python,mainwhile give a brief summarize to the landuse status of the research region.The third part,as the main content of this article, including planning basic data processing,landuse planning layout,data warehousing and results testing.While doing the layout of planning,brought in the python script to batching a large number of vector data. As to the database of landuse planning,before the results output,a check on its qulity including attributes and graphics of the data is necessary.The fourth part presents the final results of database of overall landuse planning with the form of tables and maps.At the same time,evaluate the database results,put forward suggestions according to the shortage of this research. This article showed that the comprehensive of GIS software such as MapGIS and ArcGIS,and the second development according to the practical requirement,is the future of GIS application in land and resources management work.The database of overall landuse planning that constructed provide a technical platform to implement the most stringent farmland protection system and economical use of land,strengthen the land use control and land macro-control.
