In recent years, the climate problem has become a global problem, and ourgovernment has put forward low carbon economy target and the carbon intensitytarget in different stage. As energy consumption and carbon emitters, logisticsindustry should bear the responsibility for emission reduction. This essayanalyzes the carbon footprint system of logistics industry in Jilin Province, offer aproposal to achieve carbon intensity target. The article is divided into six sections. The first chapter introduces thesignificance, research background, domestic and foreign research present situation, research content and technical route. The second chapter collects the GDP andenergy consumption data of logistics industry in Jilin province, and analyze thelogistics industry development status, current situation of energyconsumption and carbon footprint present situation. The third chapter summarizesthe influencing factors of logistics footprint system, providing index for systemdynamics model. According to the relevant data of the second chapter and the factorindex mentioned in the third chapter, the fourth chapter established a systemdynamics model for carbon footprint system of the logistics industry in JilinProvince, simulated carbon intensity target under different circumstances through theregulation of different parameters, and found the path to achieve carbonintensity target for logistics industry in Jilin province. The SD model simulation shows that the logistics industry in Jilinprovince unable to realize the carbon intensity target in2020,maintaining theexisting logistics industry growth rate, energy efficiency, energy utilization structure.Based on the different scenarios simulation, the article found that level of logisticsoperation is the most important factor to achieve carbon intensity target, secondly the speed of logistics industry development of, and the energy structure haslittle effect on the carbon intensity target. Through different scenarios, carbon intensity target would be realized if the logistics industry GDP growth rate isincreased by114.2%, the marginal energy consumption reduced by46.7%andnatural gas in total energy ratio increased to20%.
