Harbin is the most important industrial base in the whole nation,the economical and commercial center, the window opening to the outside world. In recent years, with the prompt developing of city construction,the water resource is more and more demanded, the contradiction that is the co‐ordination of supply and demand and adopt dynamic balance is more and more prominent,the phenomenon of the excessive exploitation of the groundwater is very serious. So we should take actions to reinforce the management of the groundwater. We should have a comprehensive grasp of the quantity of groundwater resource to provide the basis for the government,who can scientifically manage and effectively develop and utilize the water resource.In the all, the groundwater resource can be regarded as a project to survey and research.By collecting the information about the local hydrogeology, engineering geology and basic geology, Based on geological survey of Harbin city, by carrying hydrogeological drilling, pumping test and the construction of the database of the space, we Select Quaternary pore water in the area to study as the research object, the aquifer system and groundwater resources synthetically. Besides, we can find out the regularities of the distribution of the spatial structure of the groundwater system, the boundary conditions, watery, hydraulic conductivity, the dynamic changing laws of groundwater, the nature of the water chemistry and the conditions of groundwater recharge, runoff and discharge; ascertain the local hydrogeological parameters, calculate the quantity and the extraction of groundwater resource; evaluate the development potential of groundwater resource, determine reasonable plan of developing groundwater resource; Besides, we can find out the situation of groundwater environment, groundwater pollution, source of pollution and geological and environmental condition; especially focus on finding out the thickness of fouling layer insulation and its spatial variation characteristics; evaluate the quality of the local groundwater environment to provide geological basis for sustainable utilization and scientific management of groundwater resource.Been studied by calculating Natural resources in the study area for8.36×108m3/a,the total exploitable resources for7.6×108m3/a, groundwater resources are not over‐exploitation of the whole study area, as predicted in2020the work area groundwater water demand will reach1.69×109m3/a, there will be9.35×108m3/a need to solve the water outside; native of groundwater poor environment, iron, manganese generally exceeded; future water demand will reach441.31×104m3/a status of water supply capacity can not meet future needs, it must accelerate the construction of water supply projects, conduct The new water source exploration work, the water supply for the city to provide emergency burst water crisis.The groundwater native environment in research area is poor, iron, manganese generally ultra‐icon. The productive human life, the application of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides and industrial sewage, groundwater NH4+, NO3‐, NO2‐content is serious, and the area of study of the total area60percent area groundwater quality of the environment is a poor areas, mainly NH4+, NO3‐, NO2‐and total hardness serious ultra‐icon, and some of the total area30%lots of groundwater environmental quality is good, and groundwater Environmental Quality area, it is only the187.5km2of the total area is1.8per cent.Integrated index for all types of groundwater in the study area water quality assessment, evaluation results show:DistrictⅠgood quality groundwater environment Hulan District, located in the northern part of the White Kui‐West Wells area, an area of about275km2, accounting for2.7%of the study area.Ⅱgroundwater environmental quality good area located in Hulan District north Lotus Township‐Dayong, a new urban farming town south of Harbin, the five town cottage areas, Xinhua Town and east of the city most of the Arab city of apricot and dual zone Lan Ling town to town line, an area of about1501.56km2, accounting for14.7%of the total area. The sub‐region NH4+, NO3‐content than the areaⅠincreased;Ⅲgroundwater environmental quality is better distributed in the northern district Xu Hulan District Town area, area187.5km2, accounting for1.8%of the study area. The district NH4+, NO and total hardness levels increased over the area; groundwater areas of poor environmental quality Ⅳ distributed in most parts of the region, an area of about8207.88km2, accounting for80.5%of the total area. Groundwater environmental quality of the sub‐region is poor, mainly due to pollution indicators NH4+, NO3‐, NO2‐, As the impact of human life cast production of fertilizer and pesticides, industrial wastes and domestic sewage and other relevant;Ⅴpoor quality groundwater environment smaller.For this research, put forward the corresponding sustainable use of groundwater resources and protection measures.
