Within the framework of the effective field theory (EFT) and cutting approximation, the critical behaviors and magnetization properties of transverse crystal field mixed spinIsing model with an external magnetic field are investigated. Some new phenomena arepresented.Firstly, we study the compensation behaviors of mixed spin-1/2and spin-1Isingmodel with transverse crystal field in an external magnetic field on a simple cubic lattice. The model exhibits two types of temperature and magnetic compensation point (Tk andhk) in M Tand M hspace, respectively. At zero or nonzero magnetic field, thesingle or doubleT kis induced by positive transverse crystal field (Dx/J), but not oronly the singleTk in negative crystal field (Dx/J). The singlehk is discovered andadjusted by Dx/J. A complex oscillation of magnetization curves at low magnetic fieldand large Dx/Jcan be observed. The ranges of Dx/Jwhich can induce thehktake on an opposite tendency and the oscillation phenomena become weak when thetemperature is up. In particular, the influence of transverse crystal field on the temperatureand magnetic compensation point is primarily proposed in this work.Secondly, we investigate critical behaviors of transverse crystal field mixed spin-1/2and spin-1Ising model with bond dilution or percolation threshold on a simple cubic lattice.A-type double tricritical points and zigzag reentrant phenomenon can be found at purebond and large bimodal magnetic field status. The ordering phase is impaired sharply dueto bond dilution. The positive transverse crystal field (Dx/J) can induce magneticordering phase at ordinary bond percolation threshold. The bimodal magnetic field cansuppress the induced ordering phase and form a series of closed ordering regions. Anextraordinary bond percolation threshold is determined, at which the induced orderingphase vanishes completely. The different effects of bimodal magnetic field and bondpercolation threshold on induced ordering phase are discussed.
