As a major natural disasters floods,not only cause economic losses to human survival and development and the protection of cultural relics will pose a serious threat. Therefore, the study of rainfall distribution process in Loess Plateau areas in Yuzhong County, understanding the formation and development of the law of the flood and avoid the impact of floods on human and cultural imminent, in order to analyze the water and soil data the study area in a short time, effective access detailed Yuzhong County loess plateau area of rainfall runoff and infiltration data, and then to perform quantitative analysis. This is an experimental study which was using jet rainfall simulation to design a sprinkers combination device, assigned by the indoor, outdoor rain simulation test, test parameters obtained data to analyze the law of Yuzhong County, rainfall distribution in loess tableland soil infiltration, runoff. The results show that:in the same kind of surface conditions, the greater the intensity of rainfall, runoff shorter generation time, rainfall intensity and runoff generated power function of time. With the increase of rainfall time, rainwater infiltration of surface soil is saturated after the beginning of runoff infiltration, runoff before beginning two minutes, the biggest change in the magnitude of runoff and then continue with the rainfall,runoff was gradually rising state, and finally stabilized. Cumulative runoff and rainfall duration in line with linear equation. Rainfall infiltration rate of rainfall increases gradually reduced and finally stabilized. When runoff flows from beginning to yield two minutes, soil infiltration rate has a decay process, then it basically stabilized.
