The sewage treatment method in ZhongYuan Oil Field Refinery is still "oil-separation, flotation, biochemical treatment" process. There are some problems in the production process, such as outward-discharged water quality target fluctuate greatly, ammonia nitrogen exceeding the prescribed limits, lower standard-achieving rate. It must be required to optimize waste water treatment process in order to meet the requirement of environmental law and rule of country, reduce the environment harm to river, establish an environment-friendly plant.Therefore this article carries on the optimized improvement of the sewage treatment method in ZhongYuan Oil Field Refinery. The result indicated:after the adjustment, The removal rate of chemical oxygen demand ranged from55.7%to90.0%, ammonia nitrogen ranged from60.1%to82.9%.Through the adjustment biochemistry section movement way, increases measures: aeration bio-filter, satisfies the graduation project topic research goal.This paper carried on the scene track to two technical measure application’s processing effect. After6months running, outward-discharged meet the standard of GB8978-1996.This paper’s innovation spot lies in:optimizes the traditional drift type aeration way for the Anoxia-Aerobic activated sludge (AO), and additionally builds the aeration bio-filter, to solve the difficult problems of existing wastewater treatment craft processing inefficiency.
