Coal mine gas disasters constrain both the safety production and improvement ofeconomic benefits in our Country. Effective prevention and control of gas accident need abetter know of the gas-geology rule. Combined previous research data, this paper analyzedthe tectonic evolution of Longmenshan and Micangshan Mountain used regional tectonicevolution theory, through the researches of geological structure and coal seam gas occurrenceregularity in the Guangwang mine filed, found that gas occurrence regularity happened with azoning district in the mine filed, the gas emission rule in some local area has close relation tothe shallow gas accumulation.Based on the phenomenon that gas emission of east wing is5~10times as west wing inTangjiahe coal mine, had influence factors researched used the grey relation theory, foundconformation、depth、thickness and metamorphism of coal seam were not the dominant factor,contrasted water inflow data of east wing and west wing, complementary relationshipbetween gas emission and water inflow was found. Hydrological geological conditions have asignificant impact on gas emission law in Tangjiahe coal mine. On the basis of collected andanalyzed the gas emit data from various mining area in the mine, predicted the amount of, gasemit from the east and west wing used the gas geology statistics. After coal and gas dynamicphenomenon happened in coal mine, identification is needed on the risk of coal-gas outburstof the coal mine and qualitative of the dynamic phenomenon have an important effect on theidentification. According to the problem of two scientific research institutions having differentdescription and qualitative to the same dynamic phenomenon, summarizes the basic andtectonic characteristics of the coal and gas dynamic phenomenon happened in other miningarea, draw the conclusions that coal and gas dynamic phenomenon of Tangjiahe coal minehappened in1995not had the outburst qualitative and could be a phenomenon caused by theabnormal methane emission from surrounding rock fractures after blasting. After had the gascontent, gas pressure, initial speed of gas emission and rigidity coefficient of coal fromTangjiahe coal mine tested, made evaluation and prediction over the risk of coal-gas outburst,reasonable advice for gas prevention-control and safety production provided.
