Influential Effects On Spontaneous Combustion Induced By High Extraction Roadway And The Control Techniques

Mine fire and gas accident are two large disaster of influence the mine safetyproduction, many coal mines drainage gas by using of elevated lane at present,improve efficiency of gas drainage and resolve the problem of gas exceeding the limitin upper coner and the goaf, but produce great impact on the dirstribution of airleakage and spontaneous combustion “three zone”. Therefore, master the rules andcharacteristics of spontaneous combustion in the goaf on the condition of gas drainageby using of elevated lane is very important on building the comprehensive preventionand control system.This paper closely combine the practical situation of working face in GengcunCoal Mine of Yima Coal Industry Groop and the optimization principle of sign gas,through the thermogravimetric analysis and low temperature oxidation experimentanalysis, measure the coal spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters; analyzethe internal and external factors of the influence on the spontaneous combustion of coalcaving face, master the rules and characteristics of spontaneous combustion; Mearue thegas concentration through setting the embedded pipe to collect the concentration of thegas, the spontaneous “three zones” range has been divided. Based on the theory,combines with high concentration changes of gas and analyses the distribution on theinfluence of air leakage.Finally, aiming at the spontaneous combustion rules and characteristics of12200working face with fully mechanized, establishe the fully mechanized coal face goafspontaneous combustion float control and prevention system, mainly include indexforecasting system and related gas fire prevention measures of the working to determinethe minimum the advancing speed.This paper has very important significance to guide the prevention and control onthe coal combustion goaf of12200working face with fully mechanized.
