Large diameter and long thin pipe is mainly used for aerospace and ordnance industry,the most important advantage of metal spinning process is to make the overall seamlessrotary hollow parts, fundamentally eliminates discontinuities, strength reduction, brittlefracture and tensile stress concentration problems relevant to welding. With thedevelopment of spinning technology, the spinning technology gradually replaces thetraditional process to the production of large diameter and thin wall pipe.The western developed countries adopt this technology blockade to our country.Therefore, the aim of our research is to realize the large diameter thin-walled tube in thelimit thinning spinning, the tube diameter increases to800mm. And the development ofspinning equipment to produce the corresponding specifications of pipe fittings, realizelocalization of large diameter and thick wall pipe production technology. The researchteam for structure innovation in the digestion and absorption of domestic and foreignadvanced spinning machine and finally a800kN four vertical roller tube spinning machineis designed. Its advantage lies in the rotation of the spindle can be steppless speedregulation, four rotary wheels can respectively control and also act at the same timecontrol, the vertical structure is better than the horizontal structure, the core shaft and themain shaft blank center of gravity into the heart, which is beneficial for processingproducts.This article presents tube spinning process simulation and verifies the accuracy of thesimulation results, which finally obtains the spinning force energy parameters, establishesmechanical foundation for the design of spinning machine.Based on the above force energy parameters, this article designs the body structure ofspinning machine. This article focuses on the scheme comparison and determines the finalscheme of the rotary wheel seat structure; the axial feed and radial feed system design;kinematics analysis of transmission components of spindle structure; unloading device ofthe new invention is introduced.At last, we analysis strength and stiffness of fuselage and moving beam of spinning machine by using the finite element software ABAQUS. Aiming at the unreasonabledesign, we puts forward the measures for improvement. Finally the strength and stiffnessof spinning machine meet the requirements.
