Coal and gas outburst is one of the major disasters that impact of coal mine safetyproduction and threat to mine safety and production seriously.By analyzing the impact of coal and gas outburst factors, combined with on-site atthe complex geological conditions, based on the prominence of the shaft to expose thecoal parameters were determined. Measured prominent parameters include the gaspressure measurement, the robustness of the coefficient of determination of coal, coal gasemission the initial velocity measured composite indicator D, K, and the determination ofthe soft layer of coal gas expansion energy of the initial release. Experimental sites on theLicun mine main shaft, auxiliary shaft and wind well, well north of Tunliu coal mine anda second auxiliary shaft Panyi mine. Determination of gas pressure in the process, usingthe rock grouting, sealing device mucus, rapid sealing technology pneumatic drilling andcombined to form the coal seam gas pressure measurement technology, and timelyclosure of the pressure measurement holes, reducing the amount of coal seam gas leakand pressure relief range, and the whole process than conventional manometrymanometry process takes significantly reduced.
