The biological technology of wastewater disposal is used widely at the moment.This technology is used in disposing of industrial waste water such as phenolicwastewater.The removal rate of phenol is very low, because common microbes can notbe survival in the water environment of phenol pollution and the benzene structurephenols contained can not degradation easily in the sewage. In order to improve theremoval rate of phenol in the wastewater, the traditional technology of biological disposalmust be combined with the biological strengthening technology.Received efficient strains via method of concentrated domestication and the methodof strengthening membrane is formed by fixing efficient strains on the carriers of containsomatostropin. This method improves degrading rate of phenol obviously when it is usedfor treatment of sewage containing phenol.The core hollow materials of foam polystyrene particles are prepared and thebiological film carriers are prepared by using cements and mixture materials. Adding twokinds of somatostropin to the biological film carriers respectively via three kinds ofmixed methods in process of preparation of biological film carriers. The results show thatthe carrier density and porosity, specific surface area, wear rate, cylinder pressurestrength, acid and alkali corrosion rate of physical properties achieve or exceed relatedstandards of sewage disposal. Carriers have an excellent surface microstructure ofmicrobial growth.The biological film carriers that add all sorts of somatostropin are soaked in water,dissolution of growth hormones are significantly slow in carriers. The biologicalmembrane of gradient is excellent. The release level of growth hormones will becomestability when the film carriers are soaked in water six days later and can maintain inmore than100days.The biological bacteria of degradation phenol are obtained via domestication withphenol as the only carbon source and with phenol and glucose for compound carbonsource respectively. The results show that domestication methods of compound carbonsource can shorten the cycle of domestication. In the18℃water temperature conditions,efficient bacteria domesticated get phenol resistance for1700mg/L after40days. Efficient bacteria hang membrane on carriers which add growth hormone with gradientmethod, formed complete efficient bacteria biofilm after38days.The experimental objects are made with artificial simulation of hydroxybenzenesewage through discussed phenol pH value, sewage r temperature and e the influence ofthe degradation time to degradation of phenol rate. The results show that the rate ofbacteria biodegradation is90%in artificial water distribution which concentration is600mg/L containing phenol in the30℃sewage temperature, pH about7.0conditionswith high efficiency degradation in the72hours.
