ASPEN process simulation software is an important tool for petrochemical plant optimization, by using the ASPEN simulation software to simulate1#catalytic cracking desulfurization unit dry gas, the liquid hydrocarbon and solvent regeneration system of Luoyang Petrochemical Company, the calculation results fit the actual process. Problems existing in the actual process were simulated and the range of some parameters were predicted, which got good support in the operation. In simulating process, to ensure the convergence of model, the absorption process of liquid hydrocarbon desulfurization tower was taken as an independent system for consideration, through calculation parameters of relatively good conditions were got, and then the calculation parameters were considered as the influence factors for dry gas desulfurization tower and solvent regeneration system. By using independence and integrated simulation method, the initial model was fast convergence. In the dry gas desulfurization and solvent regeneration system flow simulation, the liquid hydrocarbon desulfurization system was taken as influence factors to the full process simulation, more accurate results was got, finally the calculated results were compared with the laboratory data and concrete optimization suggestions were put forward.
