In this paper, aimed at the problem floor heave of roadway difficult to harness ofS61#return-air rise in Changchun coal mine, studied of floor heave of coal roadwaycontrol technology and its application. Used the in-situ sampling method to testedmechanics parameters of the top and floor seam rock. And did X ray diffractionexperiment to the floor rock, to analysis the floor rock mineral composition, research onthe water of the influence degree of the floor heave. Use the FLAC3D numericalsimulation software build the floor heave modeling of roadways, research and analysisof the mechanism of roadways floor heave, and proposed two kind of managementmeasures of roadways floor heave made numerical simulation analysis, made compareanalysis about the situation of floor heave made with no management, reveals thescheme of drilling discharging pressure control roadway heave made is feasible. Forcorroborate with the result of numerical simulation, made the similitude simulationexperiment, the experimental results and numerical simulation experiment results weresimilar, confirmed roadway floor heave was belong to extrusion flow type caused bysqueeze film effect, in theory, take measures of control roadway floor heave is feasible. The last combining spot technical examination, justify the stability of surrounding rockwas improved by the discharge pressure control proof of roadway floor heave, controlroadway floor heave is practical and feasible. The monitoring result on site shows thatroadway floor heave and the two roadway walls closer both will be effective controlafter discharged pressure hole. The program also provides reference object on control ofcoal drift floor heave for the coal mine even the area.
