Research On Bolt Strengthening Support In Large Cross Section Of Coal Roadway

With the increase of coal demand, coal development growing, various technical problems are more and more underground. For large section roadway under dynamic pressure due to the mining influence, make the most of its roadway maintenance difficulty is greater, the supporting effect is not good, roadway often need repair, high maintenance cost. In order to ensure the smooth face, improve the stability of roadway surrounding rock in mining, research on roadway support system be imperative, to improve the condition of roadway supporting, so as to realize safe production.In order to solve the problem of dynamic pressure roadway, the roadway surrounding rock deformation and failure reason are analyzed; and on this basis the geomechanical measuring of Zaoquan coal mine east wing mining area, including the determination of in-situ stress measurement and the strength of surrounding rock, the stress level of Zaoquan coal mine belongs to the medium stress area, East Wing mining area in the four station of maximum horizontal principal stress maximum is13.37MPa, minimum horizontal principal stress maximum7.1MPa, test results from the strength of surrounding rock, intensity of Zaoquan coal mine east wing mining area coal average uniaxial compressive mainly concentrated in7～25MPa; the dynamic pressure roadway tunnels and large section presents high prestress, high strength bolt support theory; the mechanism of prestressed anchor supporting of roadway surrounding rock and analysis, software of anchor prestress effects on the supporting effect of roadway are analyzed through numerical experiment and MIDAS/GTS simulation, provides important theoretical data and basic data for prestressed bolting roadway.High pre-stress anchor this supporting technology research to give a technical reference pressure roadway support, which has instructive significance to solve the difficulties of mining roadway supporting.
