The cold rolled strip steel is still essential basic materials of the various sectors of the national economy.Flatness control In the cold-rolled strip production process has always been an important issue of the iron and steel industry of worldwide.Shape and flatness is an important guideline of the cold rolled stripe. With the enterprises and users increasing demand of geometric shape and Mechanical Properties of cold rolling strip, more in-depth theoretical research, enhance their technological standards, produce high quality products to improve the strength of competition is extremely urgent.In this paper, it is based on the rolling parameter of cold continuous rolling mill of a company, for the study of shape and flatness, the accuracy of the calculation of rolling force directly affect the change of the strip thickness and roller system,analyzing various parameters of rolling force by one two-dimensional finite element model, to provide some reference and basis for similar wide plate rolling.Secondly, application of elastic-plastic finite element method, a3_D finite element model has been built to analysis the tension changes in flatness and roll system, and conclude that increase tension can make the distribution of the tensile stress more average. Also analyze the impact of the change of the bending force on shape and flatness, the bending force play a decisive role in adjustment stripe flatness. Given roll shape:the strip is rolled by the convex roller and concave roller to study the reasons of waves and obtain the distribution regularity of the export tensile stress. With the wavy strip is flattening, to get its variation.With the computer-aided software Visual Basic for secondary development of finite element software MARC, rapid modeling, simulation and calculating analysis the simulation results, save a lot of time, so that people do not understand the software, set parameters submitted through this system, complete the cold rolling process simulation.
