Plate products are the main products in iron and steel industry,and they are widely used in various sectors of national economy with economic development.However,due to the complexity of the use conditions,various engineering fields put forward higher requirements to strip's mechanical properties and flatness quality.The quality precision of strip shape is an important indicator to measure product quality.In order to obtain the influence of the flatness with various rolling parameters and disturbance factors,we must study the strip rolling process essentially.we use four-high mill as the research object in this paper,research the strip flatness and roll deformation law in cold-rolled sheet rolling process.And to study the impact of the friction coefficient,rolling speed,sheet width and reduction on the strip plate shape,and propose measures to improve the flatness.we set up the finite element model of four-high rolling mill rolls and strip by ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and through the strip rolling process dynamic simulation,we can get residual stress magnitude and distribution of the strip,and the changes of the strip shape in rolling process,in order to explore deformation law of the strip and roll.Then,change the contact friction coefficient of the work rolls and rolling,rolling speed,strip width and reduction in the process of the dynamic simulation.And we can know the residual stress contours,the thickness difference of lengthwise and transverse,the amount of compression varies with time which under different rolling Parameters.The research and analysis shows that reducing reduction and plate width,increasing the friction coefficient and increase the frequency of rolling,Rolling speed by reasonable election,will help improve the quality of thin plate shape,will help improve the quality of thin plate shape.Through the analysis,we determine the effects of rolling parameters on flatness.The research results can provides a strong supports for selecting rolling parameters to the purpose of improve the strip flatness,it's a great significance for improve the quality of flatness.
