At present our country are constantly strengthening the prevention on waterenvironment pollution in small towns. sewage treatment plant unfolds, becausethe water waves in small towns and the temperature is too low in the cold area,sewage’s treatment becomes more difficultly. If use of drainage pipelineswastewater treatment technology to reduce pollutants, will reduce the follow-upof wastewater treatment plant of load, and improve overall amount to reducepollution, so as to achieve the purpose of environmental protection water smalltowns. This experiment in cold area small towns sewage pipe processingexperimental study on characteristics. Through the way of packing add drainagewastewater biochemical treatment of microbes in ability to strengthen, thehybrid operation mode and push streaming operation mode, the two modes ofsewage pipe of the pollutants in processing power, and various kinds of factors.In mixed operation mode the water pump make the come-in watermixed with backflow water, at the same time, the pipe end sewage wastewaterpipeline in backflow increase the stay, stay to drain pipe time study theinfluence of the biological treatment technology; Push flow operation mode, thesacrifice of experimental device ensure velocity way in between two inspectionWells the residence time of actual pipeline between two inspection Wells of stay,this research sewage flows through fixed length when drain pipe removalefficiency of pollutants.In mixed operation mode on normal temperature, the filled pipeline is0.65degrees, the dissolved oxygen content in maintaining between0.8and2.8,and COD water concentration of312mg/L, running four hours to reduce CODwater concentration of103mg/L, COD removal rate of67.1%. COD removalrate per unit time is52.25mg/L· h);In Low temperature, the temperature isbeteen11.2℃to14.7℃, and between the pipeline that filled the0.65degrees,the dissolved oxygen content in maintaining between0.8and2.8, and CODwater concentration of353mg/L, running four hours to reduce COD waterconcentration of153mg/L, COD removal rate of56.8%. Unit time for50mg/COD removal rate (L· h).. In the Push-flowing mode on normal temperature, the temperature isbetween25.6℃to30.1℃, andthe pipeline is filled to the0.65degrees, thedissolved oxygen content in maintaining between0.8and2.8, and theconcentration of365.46mg COD water/L, COD removal rate per unit time is159.12mg/L· h);On Low temperature, temperature is between11.2℃~14.7maintain℃, the pipeline is filled to0.65degrees, the dissolved oxygencontent in maintaining between0.8and2.8, and the concentration of349.23mgCOD water/L, COD removal rate per unit time is121.68mg/L· h).Set1d convection to pollutants diffusion model as the foundationcombine it with active sludge mathematicsmodel (ASM), set up a corresponding drainage water quality modeltransformation. And analysis the data from the laboratory model, calculateresults and the measured data of discrete coefficients Ex, after the dataprocessing discrete coefficients Ex <20%, explain the anastomosis of the modeland the degree is better.The resoult shows that this model can be drainage pipesewage treating technology design and the water quality assessment providesguidance, also can be used for engineering application with the correspondingwater quality design parameters.The research on drainage pipe biological treatment technology, can solvethe very cold small towns pollution control in the face of difficulties, at thesame time provide new ways to the city’s sewage treatment to reducepollutants.As to make cold areas of water pollution situation eased, also makeregional water pollution situation be controled, and then cut into the basin ofpollutants, for whole water system of water environmental protection workprovides support. Drainage pipe sewage treatment technology not only play arole in the protection of the water environment, because of its small towns incold area of the existing problems and solve the small towns’ coldpollutionproblems.Because its cost relatively low, it also has the certain socialbenefits and economic benefits.
