Luoyang branch in1990built a set of400m3/h of low-temperature the gasoline absorption of technology, in order to control the gas diffusion during the light hydrocarbons production and the transformation. Luoyang branch in2000, changed the original process, cold diesel oil absorption process is the new choice. With the rising of annual processing volume, the amount of light oil products factory the cold diesel oil and gas recovery unit can’t meet the production requirements. So Luoyang branch in2008began to add two sets of membrane separation process of oil and gas recovery unit that including880m3/h light oil gas recovery unit and250m3/h benzene recovery unit. This device run started on February28in2011, and put into use after the detection of emission gas to meet the relevant standards.Based on the oil and gas composition, absorption factor method to calculate the absorption rate. By changing the proper pressure of absorption tower, and calculates the absorption rate, and finds the relationship between the benefits and absorption rate, thus determining the appropriate operating pressure, and the unit operation benefit of estimation.
