With the rapid economic development,people's demand for clean energy is increasingday by day.The proportion of renewable energy use in 2019 increased by 29% year-on-year,and the growth rate of energy consumption increased by 4.3%.In 2019,it consumed about 96.562 million tons of natural gas and bought about 6025 tons of liquefied natural gas,up12.2% year-on-year.The increase in imported LNG makes its related research more urgent.Imported LNG ofien contains more heavy hydrocarbon components (C2+ components),and directly using LNG rich in heavy hydrocarbon components for vaporization will cause hiddendangers of pipeline hydrocarbon liquid accumulation,fire and rain,and high calorific valuecomponents will burn Reduced the operator's profit and the undesirable consequences of LNGcold energy waste caused by direct vaporization.Therefore,in this paper,starting from therecovery of C2+ components,combined with the characteristics of LNG and the status of LNGreceiving stations,the LNG light hydrocarbon recovery process is studied.First,this paper investigates the development of LNG light hydrocarbon recoveryprocesses at home and abroad,and current new technologies.It is found that the mainstreamresearch direction abroad is to improve the LNG cold energy utilization rate,and the core ofdomestic research is high efficiencny and energy saving.Secondly,this article introduces theprinciples and methods of LNG light hydrocarbon recovery,some basic concepts,calculationsimulation software,compares LNG physical property calculation equations,cold energyutilization methods,and conducts simulation research on the main process equipment,exploring different factors Cold intfluence.Then this paper simulates the five typical processesat home and abroad,records the energy consumption and output of each process,and analyzesthe advantages and disadvantages of these five typical processes in detail.Finally,according tothe advantages and disadvantages of these five typical processes,a new LNG In thehydrocarbon recovery process,the optimal material temperature,pressure,and number ofdstillti columns were determined-through parameter optimization,and-ompared with thefive typical processes,energy consumption,ethane recovery,cold energy utilization,andeconomy were found.The innovative process has the lowest energy consumption level of 1975kW,moderate ethane recovery rate of 90.8%,the highest cooling energy utilization rate of 84.29%,and the best economic benefit,which is about 20.18% higher than the five typical processes on average.
