In2008, aromatic combination plant energy transformation to achieve thedesired result, comprehensive energy consumption after the transformation of adevice before the transformation to reduce50.8kg of standard oil/tons ofproducts, and the energy saving stable operation of equipment, quality of productsqualified.2. Through the implementation of condensed water recycling device, lowtemperature heat utilization, high temperature valve and flange insulation, load inexcess of the pump impeller cutting, using turbine pump instead oftemperature-decreased pressure reducer and replacement of part of medium energymeter energy saving measures, can reduce aromatics unit comprehensive energyconsumption of about68.7kg of standard oil/ton.3. An isomerization unit revamping replacement of the SKI-100A type catalyst,the reaction performance exceeded the design requirements, PX and OX in AromaticCombination Plant annual capacity of1.5*104tons more design conditions wereincreased and5*103tons, while improving the adsorption and separation of feedcomposition, adsorption separation unit for capacity expansion and long term stableoperation to provide a good foundation.4. By using Aspen Plus simulation software, the isomerization unit fromn-heptane tower simulation calculation, simulation calculation results show, the removal of heptane tower basic to achieve the best running state, optimize the spaceis.5. By using Aspen Plus simulation software, the isomerization unit by hot highpressure process, replacing the efficient plate shell type heat exchanger and the heattransfer process simulation calculation, calculation results show: from n-heptanetower feed composition basically unchanged, the feed temperature increased1℃,and heptane tower product quality in line with the actual needs; isomerization ofheating load and the total cooling load reaction product of air cooler to reduce18924.34MJ/h, equivalent to standard fuel oil452kg/h, reducing the comprehensiveenergy consumption of10.22kg of standard device of oil/ton of product.6. Aromatic hydrocarbon isomerization unit replacement efficient plate shelltype heat exchanger, the heat high pressure process and heat transfer process, avariety of investment estimate total about21700000yuan, and its annual economicbenefits14320000yuan, investment recovery period of about1.5years, investmentrecovery period is short.
