Because of high content of fat and protein, the anaerobic digestion process prone toappear acidification and ammonia inhibition phenomenon. In order to thoroughlyunderstand the food waste anaerobic digestion acidification process, and study themicrobial inhibition mechanism, this study proceeds a food waste anaerobic digestionload test in a lab-scale single-phase anaerobic reactor first, through monitoring thebiogas yield and volume load, VFA, TA and BA of per day digestion residue, preliminarily analyze the imbalance mechanism of food waste anaerobic reactor; Then, applies Biolog ECO technology to analyze their microbial community diversity onstable, acidification, and recover stable period; Finally, using real-time PCR technologyto quantitative analysis archaea and methanogens flora on stable, acidification andrecover stable period, in order to characterize the flora variation on different stages.Experimental results show that:①Twice the load tests both go through stable, acidification and recover stableperiod, although the load increases in different ways, but the variation trend of gasproduction rate, methane content, VFA, TA and BA is quite the same.②Microbial in each period has different ability to use carbon sources.③When the anaerobic digestion system operating stably, wherein the micro floraspecies is relatively less, and the dominant micro flora is prominent, while flora speciesare abundant in acidification stage.④In the process of anaerobic digestion system from the stabilization period to theacidification, the concentration of both archaea and methanogens bacteria reduces, and adecline of70%to80%.⑤When anaerobic digestion system operates stability, the proportion ofmethanogens in archaea is up to70%, and the inhibition effect of methanogens isgreater than archaea.
