In recent years, the production of food waste is increasing in China,if not treated effectively,it will cause environmental pollution and waste of resources and even harm health.Anaerobic digestion has become a hot topic in current research because it can not only dispose the waste but also recover clean energy. However, the composition of food waste is complex and changeable, different diet structure and seasonal fluctuation may induce the different of properties. Therefore, studying the gas production characteristics of single component in food waste is helpful to master the mechanism of anaerobic digestion of food waste and further realize its biogas production potential. In this paper, the main components of food waste such as starch, protein, grease and cellulose were research objects, and the performance of methane produced by anaerobic digestion of each single component was studied by sequential batch experiment.By using the modified Gompertz model and Logistic model, the cumulative methane production of each component was analyzed dynamically, and the gas production law of anaerobic digestion was investigated. On this basis, the anaerobic digestion law of starch, protein and grease under different matching conditions is studied through the design of mixture experiment in Design Expert software, and the corresponding regression model is obtained, and the experimental verification is carried out under the optimum matching condition of the model prediction. The results show that:(1)The potential of each single component methane production from large to small in order is grease>protein>starch>cellulose.(2)The R~2 of both modified Gompertz model and Logistic model in fitting is greater than 0.97,which indicates that both can effectively fit the law of accumulation of methane production from single component anaerobic digestion.(3)The optimal matching conditions for grease, starch and proteins which were predicted by Design Expert are 39:32:29.In this paper, the optimal mixing ratio of food waste was obtained through anaerobic digestion experiment,to provide certain direction for future research.
