With the continuous development of the economy, more and more attention to the livingand ecological environment, so the increasingly stringent requirements on the performance ofthe widely used as interior decoration parquet,This thesis is based on reality, and use thecurrent widely needs as flooring material that is fast-growing eucalyptus as raw material, research on the production process of Eucalyptus parquet and the main factors affecting productperformance, We hope this research can provide a scientific basis for high-performance andhigh value-added producing eucalyptus wood flooring. This thesis is centered around theproduction of eucalyptus wood flooring processes and factors that affect the performance of thefloor of the studies undertaken, including the substrate hot-pressing process, veneers process, formaldehyde emission, the substrate material, glued performance, bending strength andmodulus of elasticity studies. Its findings are as follows:1.The conclusions on the study of the hot-pressing process about Eucalyptus parquetsubstrate as follows: Over orthogonal design, the optimal of hot pressing process of floorsubstrate is: hot pressing temperature115℃, hot pressing pressure1.4MPa, pressing time1.9mim/mm, the glue consumption290g/m~2.2. The conclusions on the study of the veneer process of Eucalyptus parquet as follows:By orthogonal design, drawed conclusions, that is pressing time is5min/mm, heat pressuretemperature is115℃, single-sided adhesive is130g/m~2, hot pressing pressure is1.2MPa.Detection main performance indicators of eucalyptus parquet in accordance with the the parquetnational standard (GB/T18013-2000), the result meet the national standard requirements.3. The relevant conclusions on the study of the formaldehyde emission of floor:(1) In theproduction process of wood flooring, the formaldehyde emission concentration of theparquet in during higher than floor substrate in the hot-pressing process, because the floor in asingle veneer pressing process, the veneer surface will release a certain amount offormaldehyde, the substrate in the veneer pressing will also release a certain amount offormaldehyde.(2) this study provides a feasible method to reduce the formaldehyde emission ofwood flooring in the latter part of the process of using, extending the hot pressing time of theveneer process parameters in the floor production process.4.The conclusions of the research on the substrate materials of eucalyptus wood flooring asfollows:(1)It is feasible that Eucalyptus-Poplar composite as a substrate material to producewood flooring, and with better performance.(2)In solid wood laminate flooring withEucalyptus-Poplar composite that has different groups billet, there are some differences onperformance, especially impregnated peeling difference.(3) With birch veneer, the impregnatedpeel is less than poplar while Eucalyptus wood as substrate.5. The conclusions of research on using plasma improve glued properties of Eucalyptus wood flooring as follows:(1) through plasma treatment, can improve the performance ofparquet glue.(2) the bonding strength increased9.36%of eucalyptus flooring substrate in thestudy.6. The conclusion of research on using carbon fiber sheet to improve the MOR and MOEproperties of eucalyptus wood flooring as follows:(1) The the MOR and MOE properties areimproved significantly which with carbon fiber cloth to reinforce eucalyptus wood flooring.(2)In different groups blank of CFRP and eucalyptus veneer, there are different enhancedeffects.
