As the laminate flooring market continues to grow,competition within the solid wood flooring industry is increasing.Considering that the high-grade base material of solid wood floor is difficult to purchase,the price is expensive and the product market competitiveness is low.The three-layer solid wood floor can refer to the surface finish technology of the composite floor.Under the condition that the appearance and performance are the same as those of the three-layer solid wood flooring,the composition of the three-layer solid wood flooring board is changed to achieve the purpose of simplifying the production process and reducing the cost of the board.According to this idea,this study uses poplar as the surface plate to synthesize three-layer poplar floor,and uses impregnated thin wood as the decorative layer.However,the resulting wear-resistant paper for wear-resistant layer has a high cost,a complicated painting process,and the MF resin required for impregnation has many undesirable characteristics.In this study,melamine formaldehyde?MF?impregnated resin was modified by sucrose,and the optimum formula of MF impregnated resin was optimized through the investigation of various factors affecting the resin;The L9?34?orthogonal test method was used to determine the finishing hot pressing process required for SMF impregnated resin impregnated three-layer poplar flooring;Finally,adding inorganic nano-materials on the basis of SMF resin to prepare a"wet wear-resistant coating"instead of traditional wear-resistant paper,and optimized the best formula.The SMF impregnated resin impregnated veneered three-layer poplar floor with the same appearance and performance as the three-layer solid wood floor was prepared.The specific research results are as follows:?1?The performance of SMF impregnated resin is mainly affected by the molar ratio of formaldehyde to melamine?F/M?,the amount of modifier sucrose added,and the pH value of the reaction medium.When the molar ratio?F/M?of formaldehyde to melamine is 1.8,the amount of modifier sucrose added?accounting for the mass of melamine?is 20%,and the pH of the reaction medium is 8.0,the storage days of SMF impregnated resin can reach 17 days,which is longer than the original resin It increased for 14 days,and the free formaldehyde content was lower than 0.5%of the national standard.?2?Instrument analysis of SMF impregnated resin:?1?The initial contact angle between MF impregnated resin and veneer can be reduced from 80.5°to 65.5°with the addition of the modifier sucrose.?2?FT-IR:The structure of SMF resin at 1056cm-1has the characteristic peak of C-O bond stretching vibration of ether bond,which proves that the modifier sucrose can polymerize with hydroxymethylated melamine,and the condensate is connected by-CH2 bond and ether bond.?3?TG-DTG:Although the addition of the modifier sucrose reduced the weight loss rate of melamine triazine at 400°C,the decomposition temperature of each stage was lower than that of MF resin,so it was concluded that the addition of sucrose may reduce the thermal stability of MF resin.?3?The addition of sucrose as a modifier has a toughening effect on MF resin.With the addition of sucrose from 0 to 80%,the tensile strength of impregnated thin wood increased from 19.8 MPa to 38.6 MPa.And through L9?34?orthogonal test,the best hot pressing process is obtained:the hot pressing temperature is 180°C,the hot pressing pressure is 1.2 MPa,and the hot pressing time is 60 s.?4?The best process conditions for"Liquid Overlay"resin:Nano-AL2O3LLAl-01-SMF resin was prepared by adding 25 g/m2Nano-AL2O3LLAl-01 with particle size of 80 nm,ultrasonic vibration for 40 min and reaction temperature of 60°C.The surface abrasion and abrasion resistance of the impregnated veneer three-layer poplar floor prepared by this process is 0.046 g/100 r,which is far less than the national standard abrasion resistance of 0.080 g/100 r.?5?The instrument analysis of"Liquid Overlay":?1?FT-IR spectrum showed that Nano-Al2O3 LLAl-01 can reduce the C-O bond in the molecular structure of SMF resin,thus,a close bond can be formed between the molecules,which further strengthens the structure between the resins.?2?SEM analysis found:The surface of the facing floor with the"Liquid Overlay"is smoother,and the resin fills the pores of the thin wood more completely.The"Liquid Overlay"prepared in this study has the function of enhancing the wear resistance of the floor surface.
