Five-axis linkage CNC machine tool is mainly for large complex surfacemachining, due to the machining process is relatively in good control andcompensation,the accuracy and processing speed is a breakthrough, solving themachining speed and machining quality bottleneck. Research and development forfive-axis linkage machinery CNC machine tool is meaningfully for our country’snational defense, military industry and all aspects of the people’s livelihood.Angular milling head is the main part of five-axis linkage CNC machinemachining, dynamic and static characteristics of machining of overloading angularmilling head have great influence on machining accuracy.Angular milling headstructure is relatively complex, the analysis of angular milling head system forenhancing the machining accuracy of overloading angular milling head has very bigsignificance.Swinging chain plays an important role in the angular milling head structure, toexplore the properties of the gear transmission system is of great significance toimprovement the performance of the CNC machine tool.This article calculate the deformation of a single gear and gear matrix,according to the meshing theory of gears in meshing process of tensional meshstiffness, the optimization mathematical model is set up, by numerical calculation,makes the transmission stiffness changes tend to be stable, and through the ADAMSsimulation to verify this adjustment; According to the characteristics of the geartransmission at the same time, for the moment of inertia, and tensional rigidity of theshaft and the calculation of gear mesh stiffness, natural frequency of the drivesystem is calculated; In order to further study, the properties of the oscillating systemto nonlinear modeling of transmission, and discusses the damping characteristics andinternal motivation on the gear clearance, the influence of various factors on thesystem; And at the same time, ADAMS to explore the characteristics of the system.
