The formation of natural gas hydrate is water natural gas system is a very important engineering problems. Natural gas in the wellbore and the ground pipelines throttle flow, the pressure, temperature will mutate, pressure and temperature changes is the leading cause of hydrate formation main reason. In the process of production of gas well hydrate formation to gas well production brings serious harm to the wells, and scientific management it also bring a lot of difficulties. For example, the formation of natural gas hydrate on the tubing, metering orifice plate surface pipeline, causing obstruction and blocking device of heat conduction and other hazards, will seriously affect the gas well production, and even endanger the people and equipment safety. Therefore, the hydrate forming conditions forecast and prevention is of great significance. In view of the above problems, the need for down-hole throttling mechanism and application technology research, design a field need gas well down-hole throttling technology, thereby better on the hydrate formation conditions of. In recent years, the world natural gas demand stabilizes growth continuously, year average increase rate maintains in2%. Experts predict that by2020, the natural gas in the world energy component of the proportion will be increased to about29%in twenty-first Century, will become the main energy sources, is a natural gas century. After the founding of new China, natural gas industry has made great development. But from all over the world, China’s natural gas industry overall level is still very low, especially natural gas in the energy mix in the proportion of very low, less than1/10of the world average level. With the continuous development of our national economy, industrialized degree rise ceaselessly, increasing demand of the clean energy, it indicates that the natural gas has a very wide development space and good development prospect. At present China’s natural gas industry development and national economic and social development of very incommensurate. To this end, the national energy structure adjustment, strengthen the environmental protection and sustainable development of basic national policy, will vigorously develop natural gas development and utilization, the natural gas industry development to create a good environment. At present, in the development of natural gas in the process, in order to control the oil, gas, water through porous media seepage (inflow), vertical pipe flow and level or rolling tube flow patterns, the well according to the requirement of production, must exert corresponding mechanical condition. These mechanical conditions are:(1) from the reservoir into the wellbore equipment, such as casing, tubing, down-hole choke packer, etc.. Among them, bottom nozzle is flowing well the most important down-hole control apparatus.(2) from the wellhead to the ground gathering conveying system equipment, such as wellhead device, flow line, such as ground nozzle. Among them, the ground nozzle is flowing well the most important ground control apparatus. Thus, the ground oil nozzle and the bottom nozzle in multiphase flow in different parts of the setting of the choke. The wellhead is installed on a pipeline ground glib, can cause the wellhead pressure drop, in order to increase the degree of safety and reduce wellhead separator pressure:in the bottom (tubing shoes over several meters) installation bottom nozzle, it can cause the wellbore pressure drop, regulating the lifting tube formation energy utilization, thereby regulating the formation gas, liquid fluid quantity of output. Study of gas well down-hole choke throttling mechanism and technology to guide the production, has the important practical significance.
