Accurate oil well material information is the prerequisite of improving oilfield development scientific and technical level and sustainable scientific development oilfield.The single well daily fluid production capacity is based material in the production and development of oil field. Qing Huabian buried sloping bottom oil stank is irregular because of various reasons. According to the theoretical value method to calculate oil reserve, the error is bigger and it causes a low single daily fluid production capacity calculation accuracy rate.Main purpose of this paper is to achieve the accurate measurement of irregular oblique bottom tank liquid level and capacity, and the development of an intelligent calibration system. Firstly, this article has theory calculation on buried sloping bottom oil stank, and combination scene instance for has errors analysis; Secondly around with smart calibration device of design thought make a research scheme, and to reach design target has series of optimization, optimization content mainly including:liquidometer and flow meter for experimental selection, research of wireless sensor network data synchronization collection processing, field scene using instrument and low power research of the computer; Then through custom efficient reliable of communications agreement, Adoption of digital filtering and scientific difference algorithm, and using power control components monitoring software for collecting and processing the data, eventually enables fast, efficient, and accurate automatic calibration for irregular oblique bottom tank volume, develops a software system with the hardware matched; Finally, the intelligent calibration device for the field tests have been conducted and have benefit analysis.
