| Data is a valuable asset for oilfield. With the development of information management apply in oilfield, digital-based automatic control, intelligent analysis, hazard warning, intelligent diagnostics, remote monitoring and other means of digital technology have becoming the essential measures in oil-field modern management, and nowadays. So-called "digitalized oilfield "is the result of variable data integration, the solid oilfield transferred through computers or internet and present the whole on computers. A Digitalized Construction project contains three parts. First, communication engineering, that is, network construction: the second is control system construction; the last is the construction of database system and application software system. It covers many fields, such as ground works, installation of communications, computer software engineering and characterized by the cross-project, large quantitated workers involvement and wide extensions. Oil production has always be the goal of oilfield development. In order to meet the requirements of "earlier input, earlier oil payback", digital construction cycle must be as short as possible. Therefore, an accurate schedule, and effective control measures during the implementation process are particular important.This thesis focuses on how to shorten the construction cycle and control the progress. The author summarizes the experience of management, studies progress control theory, pacifically analyses the various difficulties in progress of control digital project management, then find out problems which seem very likely to happen during the practice of control progress of a project. By using WBS decomposition, a detailed analysis of all aspects of digitization projects have been conduct. Gantt chart is draw by Microsoft Project software to make a detailed construction plans. The author also propose many approaches from the aspect of organizational measures, technical measures, contractual measures, economic measures and information management measures to improve the process control of digitalization projects. By comparing the control theory and real practice, this paper sums up the methods adopted in the progress control of digitization projects, a highly operational controls measures and institution. These methods and ideas could help managers to achieve an effective management of digitalization projects, and could be utilized as references for some complex process control projects. |
