As we all know. Coal as a fussil fuel, has played a pivotal role in the development of the national economy. Which burned can produce large amounts of ash fly. If put aside and without any treatment, they not only take up a lot of lands, but also pollute the environment, even destroy the ecological balance, cause the pollution of air and groundwater. Uncontrolled discharge of polluting gases from power plants, it may also cause environment pollution. Like NOX, it’s one of the pollution as that can lead to Photochemical smog and acid rain. So the ash fly can using as a tools for removal of NOx from the coal-fired power plants flue gas.Ash fly contents lots of aluminosilicate, and this aluminosilicate also be the main component of zeolite. So its possible to using chemical and physical methods to deal with fly ash and that let it bacoming zeolites. This paper using ash fly mades several tapes of zeolites, like Y, ZSM-5, β, loading metal (Cu, Mn, Fe) to increasing catalytic activity. A series of catalysts was prepared via an incipient wetness impregnation, and characterized by XRD, N2adsorption, H2-TPR and XRF as well as activity test for NO+NH3+O2reaction. Comparing of Cu/Y, Cu/ZSM-5and Cu/β, the results shows that Cu has the ideal catalytic activity in different loading metal zeolites. And using different Cu loading shows the type of catalytic activity.8%Cu/ZSM-5shows the best activity in all ash fly-zeolites samples. Which the highest conversion of NO is close to100%with in the T=200℃-400℃, and the yield of N2can reach80%or more.
