With more and more attention focusing on colored fancy spun yarn, how to solve the problem of soft-proofing in the colored fancy fabric productive process becomes a challenge in the enterprise. This paper presents a method which can realize the simulation of two components colored fancy fabric by a computer. Colored spun yarn is mixed textile with two or more different color fibers, where Fancy color style is unique effect of asymmetry color during the mix spinning. Colored textile fabric has a promising market foreground. However, in the manufacturing process, the mode based on manual work of fancy fabric proof wastes the resources and manpower, and it has a low work efficiency which leads a slow delivery speed. In order to overcome the negative factors of production effectively, this paper investigates the issues on computer simulation of colored fancy fabric.The reason of fancy texture. The fibers are dyed to spin. The melange yarns are mixed to yarn in different proportions. The uniform color is called shads’ effect appearing the mixing process. Also the heterogeneous colors are called fancy. The fancy degree is influenced by colored spun yarn proportion, aberration between different fiber, mix uniformity and productive technology. Following the contexture technology, different texture can present different color and fancy fabric with diverse texture styles.This paper obtains the monochrome sample of fancy mixture colour and blending ratio. Because the fancy effect technology has the randomness, the realization of simulation will be considered mainly from the five aspects.(1)Analyze the reason why two-component colored fancy fabric formed and select actual samples with particular fancy style to process.(2) Generate the stochastic color fancy texture template based on the enterprise idea design of fancy effect.(3)Scan images according to the actual samples with typical fancy texture style in the two-components colored fancy fabric processing,convert the image mode from the time domain to the frequency domain which can help remove the texture on the fabric and save the fancy texture style and balance the fancy texture images to generate gray fancy texture template.(4)Fill the generate gray fancy texture template with typical fancy texture style, which is propose as a method.(5) Composite the stochastic color fancy texture template and the typical fancy texture template with the texture template and then compare them with the actual sample which aims at making the simulation result more exact. In this way, we can transform the texture image styles to achieve the consensus of outer and color on computer screen.Therefore, the realization on the computer simulation of two-components spinning fancy fabric can not only improve the company economic benefit, but also fill the gap of computer proofing technology to spinning fancy effect. It is meaningful to production.
