Not only pay attention to the stone products form, but also the intrinsic meaning. In the modern construction, especially high-end products of alien stone, has become one of the main signs reflects the level of the building. Personalized, customized and small batch production is the inevitable trend of development of stone products processing. Alien Stone modeling and CNC machining technology has been widespread concern in society.Using traditional3D modeling method tends to spend a lot of energy and time for irregular and complex stone products. When we do not have specific size, only a similar model, traditional modeling methods is not feasible. Reverse engineering technology can be a good solution to the alien stone modeling, using Reverse Engineering techniques reconstruct alien stone model, combined with CAD/CAM and CNC machining technology to achieve the reproduction of the model has important significance. The study has important implications for complex surface modeling and CNC machining.In this paper, used the three-dimensional laser scanner to acquire data, summed up the basic principles of data acquisition, summarized the different methods of measurement, and the measurements for different materials; research on the multiple-view point Clouds combination based on the previous studies, analyze the precision of the method by selecting different reference points, and by the process of the actual data processing, verified of the correctness of the reference point alignment method, summarized the principle of the selected reference points; Compared the analysis of point cloud data simplified algorithm, focused on the data simplify method based on the K value of the average distance of neighboring points, and compare the results of different data reduction algorithms.Using triangulation algorithm to process point cloud data, focused on the optimization of the triangular faces, sum up the appropriate repair for different mesh holes; using some methods construct surface patches, analysis the quality of surface patches and obtain efficient surface reconstruction methods; emphasis on the CAD model error analysis, compare CAD model and point cloud data using Geomagic Qualify, analyze the error sources, improve modeling accuracy and enhance the processing speed to meet the requirements of the CAD/CAM system.Research on the multi-axis NC machining principle^source of processing errors〠compensation methods and principles of parameters setting; Experimental study on surface roughness, sum up the factors impact on surface roughness and the relationship between parameters and surface roughness, present the methods to improve the surface quality. According to the characteristics of the actual processing model and process analysis, given roughing, semi-finishing and finishing programming strategies, and generate tool path; By simulation to verify the feasibility of the program, get actual stone products eventually. |
