The emission of greenhouse gases is the main cause of global warming.N2O is one of the three kinds of greenhouse gases, which contributes5%to the global warming.The research on N2O emissions focuses on the mechanism and influencing factors.However, the discussion about the measurement method and the application in sprinkler irrigation grassland can be more in-depth and comprehensive.This paper discussed about the simplified measurement method of the N2O emissions and N2O emissions situation in sprinkler irrigation grassland, which based on the major science and technology projects "Integration model research about southern cultivated land with low carbon environmental protection and high yield water saving agriculture"in zhejiang province special plan.In this paper, several methods were discussed and compared, and the test methods about static chamber method and the gas chromatograph was described in detail,then some observation and analysis of N2O emissions in sprinkler irrigation grassland was carried out.Finally,the application of measurement method of the N2O emissions in sprinkler irrigation grassland was discussed an predicted.First of all, this paper discussed about the mechanism and influence factors of N2O emissions, then introduced Gas chromatograph and some measurement methods including Box method, Micro weather research method and so on.In addition, the measurement methods were compared and discussed. Static box method has become a popular method for the reason of single point measurement with high precision、simple and easy operation、strong mobility and low cost.Micro weather research method is affected large by wind speed and other environmental factors,and other methods used similarity hypothesis or experience method, so they cannot popularize application. Static box is used to collect gas in the special time. Gas chromatograph is used to separate the material component depending on the different physical properties of matter, and then get the quantitative and qualitative analysis.At last, the experiment made a one and five days observation and analysis of the N2O emissions situation of sprinkler irrigation grassland,using the investigation method.The paper finally analyzed the key problems of the N2O emissions research in water-saving irrigationg farmland; and discussed some application methods about Static box using with Gas chromatograph.In this paper, the N2O emissions research has just held one or five days in Tall fescue grassland.In order to further understand of N2O emissions of grassland system, some similar long-term studies in different conditions, such as grassland species, climate, irrigation system, will be needed.These can also provide some observational and experimental foundation to the research of control methods and measures about the N2O emissions in water-saving grassland.
