Carbon dioxide is one of the most important greenhouse gases that leading to greenhouse effect. Since the industrial revolution, CO2emissions to atmosphere from human being increased year by year. Especially in recent years, the greenhouse effect reduced global climate change caused the world wide attention. To reduce CO2emissions have been crunch time. After nearly a century, many scholars at home and abroad continue to explore the research, Many CO2capture methods have been developed, Many of them have been successful industrialization. In the numerous methods and technologies, Chemical absorption method occupys a dominant position, there is no doubt that the chemical absortion method is one of the most commonly used, the most mature and promising methods. At present, the MEA and hot alkaline potassium are the most common used chemical methods, but two of them all have many defects such as high regeneration engergy、degradation to corrode the operating equipment. Sodium glycine(SG) is a common amino acid salt, easy to soluble in water、non-toxic、little valatile、ability of anti-oxidation、low corrosion to device etc, and it needs no catalysts when regeneration, just direct to heat. The advantages of inexpensive and easy to obtain also provide a possibility for the industry widely used in the future. At first, in this paper, comparing the different concentrations of aqueous sodium glycine and adding the different ratio of piperazine (PZ) to SG solution effect the CO2absorption load, investigated the parameters such as temperature, concentration, time effect the degree of regeneration, and using aqueous sodium glycine as solvent, the CO2absorption experiments were conducted in a rotating packed bed, effects of rotational speed, temperature of absorption solution, concentration of absorption solution and gas-liquid ratio ect parameters on CO2absorption efficiency were investigated. The experimental results indicated that the saturate absorption load increased with the increasing of aqueous sodium glycine concentration; decreasing with the increasing of temperature; the saturate absorption load of mixed solution increased slightly when the ration of solution below SG:PZ=5:5; lmol/L concentration of aqueous sodium glycine has the best regeneration; the degree regeneration of aqueous sodium glycine is high after boiled. The experimental results that conducted in a rotating packed bed indicated that the absorption efficiency of CO2increased with the increasing of rotational speed and the absorption efficiency tended to be stable when the rotational speed was1000rpm. The absorption efficiency of CO2also increased with the increasing of absorption solution temperature and it could reach more than83%at90℃. Under certain operation conditions, the absorption efficiency of CO2increased with the increasing of absorption solution concentration slightly, while decreased firstly and then to be constants with the increasing of gas-liquid ratio. The mixed solution with adding a certain ratio PZ to SG could increase the absorption efficiency of CO2notably in a low temperture.
