In this paper, Through JiLin Honggang oil field low permeable formation core simulation experiments and simulation of sand washing experiment, this paper finish the investigation on the impact of water blocking effect to the driving pressure and permeability; also finish the study on water blocking injury level at the situation of different permeability, different amount of flushing fluid intrusion and water saturation. Through water blocking treating chemical optimization, obtain the chemical composed of surfactant, multivariate alcohol and other additives/solutions to resist or remove water blocking, and do the indoor evaluation on the main technical indicators of the chemical.By the water quality analysis of JiLin Hongang oil field formation water and flushing fluid, has carried on the flushing fluid scale simulation experiments and analysis, with the method of the analog scale experiment, evaluated the scale inhibition effect of different scale inhibitor formula system, and verified the effect of scale inhibitor, optimized the scale inhibitor, achieve the objective of inhibiting scale.Through study of the water blocking effect and scaling in oilfield water, get the following conclusion: JiLin Honggang oil field,under the condition of sand washing and paraffin clearing, when flushing fluid invasion depth is usually5~25cm, water locking phenomenon is easy to be found, and the lower the core permeability is, the more the flushing fluid is, the lower the water saturation is, the greater the water blocking injury will be, the oil phase permeability will be reduced, and the displacement pressure will be increased; put5wt%chemical using to resist or remove water blocking and20%alcohol solution into wax washing operation flushing fluid to prevent or remove the water blocking effect; Experiment of scaling is not obvious, but the analysis of water quality shows that scale ion concentrations of flushing fluid, produced fluid and mixture are all changed, with scaling tendency, and the longer it is placed, the higher the temperature is, the scaling trend will be more obvious; the scale ion concentrations also changed before and after the operation of washing the well, has scaling tendency; Select the applicable scale inhibitor, recommend that use5~6L/m3of scale inhibitors when washing wells.
