Now most Research about capability of complex scale corrosion inhibitor is simulating in laboratory and theory calculate.but in petrifaction and power industry, equipment material is complex and medium variety, so research simulating in laboratory is not suit to practice.The research is based on quality and operation of circulating cooling water in Xuzhou huarun electric power corporation, test water is circulating cooling water in the Jinghang canal. Inhibition efficiencies of corrosion to coagulator pipe were studied by non-prefilming and prefilming circumstances, by limited carbonate hardness method, by aeration method. The complex scale corrosion inhibitor which we studied is Type HX-100 of Runfa corporation,type KD-101B and KD-101A of Wuhan kaidi, type 300A of Lianyungang,type RF-IV of Runfa corporation. HX-100 complex scale corrosion inhibitor is most fit to practice Xuzhou huarun power corporation.In order to economize water, ash water in power plant have studied and evaluated. Inhibition efficiencies of Type HX-100 to ash water have studied by means of non-prefilming and prefilming circumstances by limited carbonate hardness method,by aeration method. Dispensation of HX-100 complex scale corrosion inhibitor is optimized.Optimization of inverse proportion for ash water and dosage is educed, reclaim system of ash water is also changed.The result indicates that Type HX-100 complex scale corrosion inhibitor is suit to ash water in scale inhibitor, but corrosion inhibitor is not very well. Change the prescription of HX-100 complex scale corrosion inhibitor,When dosage is 10 mg/L or 15mg/L, inverse proportion of canal water and ash water is 2:1 orl:1, capability of complex scale corrosion inhibitor is well. Considering safety and economy, it is suit that inverse proportion of canal water and ash water is 2:1 while dosage is 10 mg/LConcentrating multiple of circulating cooling water is improve by change reclaim system of ash water, the benefit is evidence. Operation shows that it is suit to petrifaction and power industry.
