To realize the mechanization, automation and its cleaning of processing for tea ofhigh quality, and form an automatic production line by combining processingmachines. It’s the development direction of tea areas in China. Tea drying machine isone of the core mechanism in refined tea processing and is essential to form anautomatic production. Therefore, this paper analyze and design key mechanisms of teadrying machine, for the purpose of meeting the various actions request of tea dryingmachine.This paper use tea drying machine as the object, combined with tea dryingmachine that developed by author in the stage of clinical practice. Analyze its defectsand improve. This paper mainly talks about:1. The door switch and receiving hopper linkage mechanism of the double rockerfor tea drying machine is presented, and establish its kinematics model; We developthe MATLAB-based analysis and optimization software, then analyze the kinematiccharacteristic and simulate to this mechanism; Through man-machine dialogues, weobtained ideal kinematics curves and the optimum parameters that corresponded tothe door switch and receiving hopper linkage mechanism of the double rocker.2. Four bar linkage space mechanism of the receiving hopper for tea dryingmachine is presented, and establish its kinematics model; We develop theMATLAB-based analysis and optimization software, then analyze the kinematiccharacteristic and simulate to this mechanism; Through man-machine dialogues, weobtained ideal kinematics curves and the optimum parameters that corresponded tofour bar linkage space mechanism.3. The kinematics model of the screw-connecting rod mechanism is established;The ball screw structure and its movement principle are detailed analyzed. To meetthe work requirements of tea drying machine, we analyze its motion trajectory;Meanwhile, we compared advantages and disadvantages based on based on their cost,work efficiency and working performance between worm reducer mechanism and screw-connecting rod mechanism.4. We design the structure and conduct two-dimensional drawing andthree-dimensional modes, according to the analysis and design of key mechanism andits actual size for tea drying machine.
