Green tea has a very important position in China's tea products,Among them,Longjing tea is a typical representative of green tea,as a famous tea,green tea has the largest output and the highest average selling price in China's tea industry.At present,people are paying more and more attention to health,and the demand for tea is gradually increasing,the cultivation,production and processing of tea have formed a huge industrial chain at present.The processing technology of green tea includes:greening,stripping,air separation,flattening,desquamation,and Huigan,etc,Among them,the fixation and shaping are two important processes in the production and processing of green teas,the problem plays a very important role in improving the quality of flat tea.The continuous fixation and shaping machine is a kind of equipment that can quickly kill green tea in the tank and can continuously process the bar,it has the characteristics of simple design structure,easy operation and easy to learn,and better effect of fried tea.However,at present,most of the transmission mechanisms of the conventional fixation and shaping machine are crank-slider mechanisms,and the equipment has problems of excessive vibration,low efficiency of the strip,and unsatisfactory effects of the strip during the working process.Therefore,in view of the problems existing in the traditional stripping machine,this paper proposes to use the crank rocker mechanism instead of the crank slider mechanism to use on the fixation and shaping machine.The content of the work done in this thesis is as follows:(1)Analyze the technical development status of the domestic and international fixation and stripping machine.Aiming at the problems existing in the killing machine in China,the feasibility of using the crank and rocker mechanism as the driving mechanism of fixation and stripping machine is studied.(2)Design and three-dimensional modeling of the crank-rocker fixation and stripping machine,and kinematic analysis.At the same time,the movement model of tea leaves in the pot was established.(3)Through the use of ADAMS virtual prototype analysis software to simulate the movement of tea in the tank,at the same time,the multi-factor orthogonal test is used to analyze the multiple parameters that have an effect on the tea stripping effect and obtain the optimal parameters combination.(4)Since the multi-slot pot is heated by electric or gas during the operation of the killing machine,the pot body will be deformed by heating,the ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software is used to perform thermodynamic analysis on the pot.(5)Based on the theoretical research,a prototype was developed,and a test experiment was carried out to verify the correctness of the design method of the crank and rocker mechanism fixation and stripping machine proposed in this paper.
