As the machine tool directly actuator,servo feed system plays an important role in the machining process, its quality is directly related to output the stand or fall of workpiece. Research control more intelligent, more excellent dynamic and static performance of servo feed system has become the issue which the world increasingly focus on.In this paper,the research content is numerical control machine tool servo feed system simulation model and control strategy which as combination of servo drive part and mechanical transmission part.Using magnetic field orientation control theory, sets up a mathematical model of PMSM,According to the engineering design theory, three control loop PID control strategy of the servo system is designed and parameter is set. Through Simulink simulation verify the rationality of the design.Based on the mechanical dynamics principle, mechanical drive mechanism is simplified and establish its equivalent mathematical model which can make up the whole closed loop simulation model of servo feed system with servo system model. In order to get the influence law of the factors to the system,making the corresponding simulation on the system factors which can influence the system dynamic properties such as system stiffness, backlash, table mass, friction in the drive system and cutting force.Because of CNC machining process is extremely complex, many factors affect the system dynamic performance and the machining accuracy, the conventional PID control effect can not meet the requirements of the system.With simple and practical PID controller as the foundation, introducing fuzzy theory and neural network theory, this paper designs the fuzzy PID auto-tuning intelligent controller and BP neural network intelligent controller auto-tuning to control the servo feed system,expect to realize control parameter self adjustment, improve the system response speed, reduce overshoot and get good robustness.This paper aims at providing a system modeling method for servo feed system research, getting the influence law of system dynamic and static performance which different factors can influence, designing intelligent PID controllers which have good control effect. The conclusions of this paper coming to have very good engineering practical significance and reference value.
