Along with the development of economic globalization and the continuous improvement of quality of life people, to the soft quality put forward higher request for material processing, CNC cutting machine as core in the soft material processing process automation equipment, to solve the machining accuracy is insufficient, produce the problem such as low efficiency, provides a good method. Servo feed system as the most critical part of the numerical control equipment, the dynamic following performance and the strength of the anti-jamming performance will directly affect the performance of the whole sets of numerical control equipment. This topic by comparing the main performance parameters of the numerical control cutting machine at home and abroad, to meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises mainly design the small straight knife type servo feed system of CNC cutting machine, established a multi-body dynamics model of the feed system and servo control model, using combined simulation interface module to realize mechanical and electrical system, the numerical control cutting machine servo feed system dynamic performance simulation analysis.This article first through to the domestic and foreign existing automatic cutting equipment of the main parameters were analyzed, and identified the main design number for use in domestic small and medium-sized enterprises; Analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the existing various cutting way, adopts the straight knife cutting vibration method; Cutting machine movement by discussing the movement way, divided into beams and head straight line movement and cutting knife rotation movement module; Straight line feeding and rotating feed by ball screw and gear transmission way respectively, with a half closed loop servo control.The cutting force in cutting process analysis and detailed design of the cutting head, and then in the X direction and Y direction line calculation selection, feed system in CNC cutting machine entity model is set up in the3d modeling software, using piecewise modeling method and the finite element modeling method of CNC cutting machine feed system dynamics modeling.Adopts the vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical model is set up, and designed the three closed loop PID servo control in the model of Simulink. Using ADAMS/Controls interface module connect CNC cutting machine dynamics model and control model, the joint simulation, mechanical and electrical systems on the feed system by simulating the dynamic following performance and anti-interference performance, verify the rationality of the control parameters.Through using computer aided design and simulation analysis software, setting up the CNC cutting machine electrical and mechanical joint simulation model to study the dynamic performance, to design and research the similar complex systems providing a quick and convenient method.
