Ammonia as the source of water pollution, eutrophication, it is urgent to solve for environmental pollution. As a large enterprises of ammonia emissions, the petrochemical acrylic waste water emissions of ammonia Non-compliance has been restricted its development. Due to poor quality of acrylic water, poor biodegradability by its toxic and hazardous substances, effective biochemical approach has not been put into practical application. For the poor effluent ammonia anaerobic of acrylic water, ammonia oxidation technology has broad for its development prospects, explore the denitrification performance of anammox in acrylic water. This study is divided into second parts:the first part of the anammox biofilter start and hydraulic loading and concentration load research; the second part is anammox Biofilter Process for dry acrylic fiber wastewater denitrification performance research.In the frist part, the parallel experiments were carried out with2up-flow Anammox filter reactors (1-2#), use up-flow Anammox filter reactors with anammox bacteria successfully vaccinated to reaserch the denitrification performance of anammox,by the way of defferent NaNO2and (NH4)2SO4concentration and the hydraulic retention time, to seek the perfect denitrification hydraulic loading and concentration load in anammox biofilter process. After129days’operation, the results indicated that:In the case of improving water NaNO2and (NH4)2SO4concentration to increase the water volume load of the filter column:The NaNO2and (NH4)2SO4concentration was100、133mg/L, influent total nitrogen volumetric loading of5.67kg/(m3.d), nitrogen removal is best, TN volumetric loading removal of up to4.21kg/(m3.d), total nitrogen removal efficiency of83%, Its volume load remove fit to Monod-Haldane matrix inhibition models; In the case of improving filtration rate, shorten the hydraulic retention time to increase the water volume load of the filter column:when the influent total nitrogen volumetric loading of8.82kg/(m3.d),Filtration rate of3.0m/h, nitrogen removal best, TN volumetric loading removal capacity of7.15kg/(m3.d), with a total nitrogen removal rate was81%.The second part, the experiments were carried out with up-flow Anammox filter reactors with the frist part experiments reactor after actual waste water experiments in Fushun Petrochemical.dry acrylic plant. The study is to investigate the performance and feasibility of anammox dry acrylic fiber wastewater denitrification by diluted concentration of Acrylic water. The test results show that after130days of domesticated, the ANAMMOX biofilter has a strong ability to remove the effluent NH4+-N of dry acrylic plant. the effluent NH4+-N concentration trom184.1~205.3mg/1to23.4-30.34mg/1. Removal rate could reach to83.5%, the effluent NH4+-N concentration close to the national emission standards (p (NH4+-N)≤15mg/1), NO2N removal rate reached to93.6%. TN removal load up to2.36~4.80kg/(m3· d). NH4+-N and NO2--Nremoval molar ratio close to1:1, In addition, ANAMMOX biofilter has the further ability to remove the effluent COD, remove the loading up to2.39~2.56kg/(m3· d), effluent COD by487.9~532.1mg/L to188.6~212.3mg/L. the pH within7.7to8.43is good for the anaerobic ammonium oxidation reaction, and the pH increase of the filtration layer was parabola rising trend. The HRT increase in favor anammox full contact reaction, increased the removal efficiency of nitrogen and COD.
