In this thesis, the preparation of functional MOC-base artificial stone with anion-antibiosis powder and stone waste as raw material were studied. The properties of products were tested and analyzed by XRD,mechanical test,the release negative ions detection etc..The conclusions were summarized as follows:(1) After adding the compound modifier metakaolin and Al(H2PO4)3of the MOC,the (PO4)3-and Mg2+which inhibit the infiltration of water and dissolve Cl-and Mg2+’s complexing. Meanwhile,the compound modifier produces Al-si phosphatic gel of amorphous cementitious material which is denser of the cement structure. Thus,the MOC can maintain the original hydration of the crystal patterns, reduce the quality loss and Strength degradation in water,and improve the water resistance.With5%metakaolin and2.5%Al(H2PO4)3compound modifier,the flexural strength is still18.4MPa after being soaked in water for28days,the softening factor which is higher than other products of modifying MOC is0.9.(2) The flexural strength of The MOC-base artificial stone will descend when adding the the stone waste powder, especially adding more than60%. The Al(H2PO4)3should be mixed more after adding stone waste powder.when the stone waste powder(stone polished powder:1~10mm grain=1:4) add50%, and mix in the5%metakaolin and2.5%Al(H2PO4)3compound modifier, the flexural strength of artificial stone is17.5MPa.The flexural strength is15.2MPa after being soaked in water for28days,the softening factor is0.87.(3) Mixing30%Ce(NO3)4after the tourmaline heat treatment of900℃,then decrease the particle size from106.088μm to2.021μm through ball milling. Because ball-milling can increase the surface area and energy of rare earth,and the Ce4+can come into contact with the surface of tourmaline which is enough inspired. Therefore,the negative ions concentration increased from111ions/cm3to1017ions/cm3.Then,with modifying tourmaline:Zn-Cu antibacterial zeolite powder=1.0.2to stir preparation of the compound function powder.(4) Adding20%function powder to the modifying MOC paste for preparation of the function coating. Then using the waste stone powder to preparate the modifying MOC-base artificial stone. After injected the mold60min, the modifying MOC-base artificial stone is coated with the function coating to get the function artificial stone. The function artificial stone have the antibacterial effect and release the negative ions about750ions/cm3.The dry flexural is17.5MPa.The flexural strength of soaking28days in water is15.2MPa,the softening factor is0.87. The base artificial stone and function layer still connected as a whole through observing the cross section.The glossiness is65.8GS; Mohs hardness is4; and wear-resisting degree is12(1/cm3).The function artificial stone has excellent property.The study was preparation of high water resistance MOC-base function artificial stone.It has not only solved the problems of stone waste which was difficult to be utilized,and improved the water resistance of MOC-base artificial stone,but also have the function of antibacterial effect and releasing the negative ions.
