The safe operation of the crane is directly related to production safety and property.As the number of the tower crane used increases year by year, safety incidents of towercrane happen and there is a growing trend. The safe operation of the tower crane aroundconstruction safety supervision and management department is also exploring how tostrengthen supervision and management of the development of a tower crane safeoperation, under the same time, using a more scientific and effective way to improvetower crane level of supervision and management to become an effective choice. In thisdissertation, by summarizing the application of the Internet of Things technology athome and abroad, the development status of the tower crane remote security monitoringsystem and the central station, Safety Supervision Station, leasing companies,construction units summed up the system requirements.First of all, the overall design of the system is completed. Overall system designmainly includes the technical route of design and system function design. In thisdissertation, the system is designed in the background, remote communication module,database and front-end interface, detailed analysis of remote communication systemdesign and system features modular design. Further discussion of the tower crane designof real-time simulation monitoring, electronic map functions, messaging were made.Secondly, the overall implementation of the system is completed. The backstage,database and forearound of the system are implemented, the implementation of thefunction of remote communication is summarized, focused on the business logicprocessing data. System functions running instance is used to elaborate the realization.Finally, the functionally and the performance of the system integration testing isdone. Various functional modules of the system functionality and performance testing,the use of concurrent data the remote communication performance of the system istested. The analysis and discussion of related to test results are carried on, the systemdeficiencies and the ways how to improve the sysytem were summarized.Through this topic research, the development of the Internet of things applicationtechnologies are understanded, the design and implementation method of this system are mastered, and a tower crane remote monitoring system of the center of developmentis completed.
