With the continuous development of science and technology, human life has undergone enormous changes. From the initial face information exchange to share information separated by thousands of miles, the exchange of information in shorter time and also to expand the breadth of geographical space. However, we should realize that science and technology is a double-edged sword, it brings people convenience, but also a threat to humanity’s own development environment. Pollution of the ecological environment has come to the point can not be ignored, haze and water pollution has become a major threat to human factors. The traditional methods and measures to protect the environment or monitoring has failed to meet the increasingly serious environmental pollution, so we should take advantage of the latest scientific and technological achievements to improve our environment. Through high-tech means to monitor changes in the environment pollution drip, always remind people to pay attention to protect the environment.Popularization and application of the Internet triggered a new information revolution and the industrial revolution, the current era of things has come, application mushroomed smart home, intelligent transportation, smart cities, and so start to shop. Although the country has been installed in most cities PM2.5 monitoring equipment, we can acquire the relevant information in real time through related websites and applications, but after all these monitoring points are set up between the opposing city, region relatively large range, not exactly The analysis of the specific pollution index of a place, especially as schools, factories and other large population density areas. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the above, we design a convenient, fast and the higher cost of environmental monitoring systems.The system is based on Yeelink Things platform, through software and hardware co-ordination to achieve the campus of temperature and humidity, PM2.5 concentration and other environmental monitoring. All measured data of the whole system are displayed on the last platform. Network selection is part of a network Zigbee low power consumption, low cost, and other characteristics of ad hoc networks. Zigbee’s main role is to monitor each discrete point to form a network of monitoring data to complete the transfer. The hardware selection DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor measures the ambient temperature and humidity, GP2Y1050AU0 F PM2.5 dust sensor measures the ambient concentration of PM2.5. Processor design choice is the open source platform Arduino mega2560. Mainly to complete the communication process and Yeelink platform data.This system enables real-time monitoring via the Internet campus environment, and can be viewed in real time via mobile phone APP, microblogging account parameters such as the current environment, the administrator can set the environment parameters, manage user information, control sensor nodes and other operations, as things progressive development of technology, the system can also be extended to the smart home, medical wisdom can, has a great application and development space.
