With the rapidly development of traditional Chinese patent medicine and pharmacy’s carrier, producing traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations industry has became the most important part for medicine industry in recent years. However, there are releases large amount of organic waste water with the process of produce the traditional Chinese patent medicines. Compared with others industrial wastewater, the organic waste water was different with them in the water quality and pollution components. Therefore, analysis the technology of disposes of organic waste water in traditional Chinese medicine and find a suitable and scientific dispose way has became a very important part for environment protection. Jiangxi has a pharmaceutical company, which have many kinds of pharmaceutics. Including tablet, powder, capsules more than16formulations. There are also having more than70varieties and more than100specifications of Chinese and Western medicine. Waste water generated in the production process is mainly including the water for cleaning and washing. My subject comes from the project of the company of phosphorus removal from wastewater. wastewater from waste liquid generated test for ultra filtration of the plant biochemical workshop ultra filtration process, according to the characteristics of the wastewater with high concentration of total phosphorus, high chrome, poor biodegradability, consumption is small, this paper made a chemical mixture treatment system for the exploration of condensate containing high concentration of shares of Chinese medicine phosphorus wastewater. Through the laboratory test, analysis of the FeCl3, CaCl2and Ca (OH)2treatment reagent2three representative of the wastewater, considering the TP removal effect and economic cost analysis, through the contrast test of coagulation reagent, and prove that Ca (OH)2as the agent with the project chemical coagulation removal of high concentration phosphorus wastewater by ultra filtration, Ca (OH)2can not adjust the pH of the wastewater, coagulation and agitation time is30min, the static precipitation under the condition of120min, a dosage is1.6g/L~1.8g/L, total phosphorus removal rate of90%~95%. Two dosage is0.18g/L~0.22g/L, total phosphorus removal rate can be maintained at about85%, by two after coagulation and sedimentation effluent total phosphorus concentration is less than5mg/L, which makes the TP and chromaticity into subsequent treatment process has been reduced greatly, reduce the burden of the subsequent biological treatment system..In this paper, a preliminary design of the project process as Ca (OH)2two stage coagulation+PAC rear auxiliary coagulation, according to the result of optimum technological conditions of laboratory, analyzing the start and the sign of successful start, operation and influence factors in every dispose’s processes.Commissioning and running results show that:after the folded leaf mixer30min, precipitation2h, Ca (OH)2dosage is1.75g/L in the first time, a coagulation effluent total phosphorus can be maintained below30mg/L, phosphorus removal rate can reach more than95%in total; in the same conditions of mixing and settling, the second time Ca (OH)2is0.375g/L, the rank two of coagulation effluent phosphorus can be maintained below5mg/L, phosphorus removal rate can reach more than85%in total; in the aerobic effluent pH=7concentration, and PAC for100mg/L assistance to the aerobic effluent coagulation removal, it’s effectively reduce the aerobic tank effluent phosphorus concentration, the effluent phosphorus can always maintained at about0.25mg/L, phosphorus removal rate stable at around75%, meeting the national integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB8978-1996) prescribed phosphate in sewage requirements of the first class discharge standard of0.5mg/L.
