Contemporary environmental issues become increasingly prominent, polluted-water handling technology as one of the most popular subject to deal with environmental pollution. Nowadays, aerobic and anaerobic biological treatment technology are the traditional applied technology. However, due to its costly expenditure, which were constrained by energy shortage. Microorganism fuel battery technology as a new type of polluted-water handling technology, which can transform the fuel and chemical energy into electrical power device, and it was played an important role in purifying polluted-water domain, In recent years, this technology was widely accepted by the international academic community, which was considered as a high efficiency, low energy consumption and pure environmental protection technology.This dissertation was introduced the developmental procession and its research progress of MFC. It was selected polluted-water in pig farm as research object, and utilized the Two-cylinder Microbial Fuel Cell (TCMFC) to deal with wastewater in pig farm. This dissertation analysis the relationship between the COD processing efficiency and electrical property of differ density wastewater in pig farm.It was discovered that stable-operational installment of MFC black sludge, during300hours can generate3-electrical-cycles, can get530mV voltage which make the installment run. When the density of COD is between200and1000mg/L per hour, under the differ density, its removal ratio, accumulative electrical power, release electrical energy and its generate electrical power time and platform are corresponded with the Monod procession of the micro-organism. Through researching the generation of electrical power property in the differ density of installment, it was discovered that Ou-mu-curve and polarization curve will hindering about30Ω, its dignity was not affected by the density of COD.The start-up time of pre-coating Carbon felt electrode was prompt. Without several electrical periods, the strains can adjust to the circumstances of swine wastewater. When it was revolved, its law was conformed to the simulated waste-water handling technology. When external resistance was100Ω, it spends148.4h to generate electrical power, and gets about125.0hours’ electrical energy,451mV Anode electric potential energy, and release660mV, voltage,6.6mA electrical current.4.36mW (174.4mW/m2). The high removal ratio of COD was73.26%and its removal ratio concentrated in the former3days.
