Composting technology is an important technology to the livestock and poultryindustry waste resource utilization. The purpose of this study is to develop a kind of efficientmicrobial compound fertilizer for dung compost to promote the rapid rise of the composttemperature and improve product decomposition degree. This study is based on the theory ofthe change of microbial communities in the composting. We extracted effectivemicroorganisms from the process of natural compost. After the depth study of the law ofvarious types of microbial activity, according to the natural proportionsm, Various microbialstrains were complex and proliferation. a compost microbial compound fertilizer wasprepared. Independently developed microbial compound fertilizer compared with twocommon commercially available agents, was explored the effect of in compost.(1)Natural compost with manure, cow dung, corn straw pellet, was conducted.Extraction and separation of the microorganisms from the pile under different reactortemperature were conducted and20different types of microorganisms were got. The bacteriaX1-X10, Actinomyces F1-F4, fungi Z1-Z6. Various microorganisms sensitive to changes inthe compost temperature.each microbial activity has a range of optimum temperature.too highor too low temperature is not conducive to the survival of microorganisms. active temperaturerange of X1、X2、X3、X4、X5、X6、X8、X9、X10、F1、F2、Z1、Z2、Z5、Z6are between25°C and55°C,they belongs to the medium-temperature micro-organisms.X7, F3, F4, Z3,Z4compost temperature, under more than55°C high temperature, still had a goodperformance of activities. They are thermophilic microorganism.(2)During the cultivation of the bacteria, the growth of microorganisms are indifferent conditions.Generally, the logarithmic phase of bacteria and fungal with hyphaestarted early, short duration, and the logarithmic growth rate are high; the logarithmic phase ofactinomycetes and moldsthe are late, and continued a long time, but slow rate of growth isslow in the number. During the preparation of compound fertilizer, the time point ofinoculating with spawn to solid substrate was the same as80%logarithmic phase intime.Because on this time point, microbial are activity.Proportional relationship between thestrains of complex, were based on the actual relationship of number of microbial communities in natural compost. The inoculum volume ratio of medium-temperature micro-organisms is,VX1:VX2:VX3:VX4:VX5:VX6:VX8:VX9:VX10:VF1:VF4:VZ1:VZ2:VZ5:VZ6=8.7:5.2:0.9:13.5:21.0:7.4:10.0:5.0:8.3:5.7:0.7:17.5:19:4.3:0.2. Theinoculum volume ratio of high-temperature micro-organisms is, VX7:VF3:VF4:VZ3:VZ4==1.0:13.9:0.3:63.2:41.3:2.9. The inoculum volume ratio of medium-temperature andhigh-temperature micro-organisms is, Vtm:Vth=11.5:1.(3)On the determination of the number of viable cells of the homemade agents andtwo common commercially available bacteria HEM agents and JD agents, the number ofviable cells of the homemade agents was significantly higher than the two commerciallyavailable agents HEM agents and JD agents. The number of viable cells of the homemadeagents reached2.27×108cfu g-1. In actual composting control experiment, The temperatureof homemade agents compost treatment reached high temperature stage in the fifthday, reached the maximum temperature of65.20°C in the tenth day.High temperature periodlasted seven days, homemade agents than the commercially available HEM, JD agents andCK can be more effective to speed up temperature rises of the composting warmingperiod andpromote the composting process. In addition, according to the changes of the compostingprocess of N, homemade agents,in the compost before the high temperature period, had ahigher rate of loss of ammonium nitrogen than the commercially available agents treated andCK control group.the homemade agents and composting late nitrogen fixation wassignificantly greater than the commercially available agents treated and CK control group, thehomemade agents composting compost total nitrogen content is the highest of the fourtreatments, reaching18.2g kg-1, compared with CK treatment higher than15.2%,5.2%higher than HEM agents processing, higher than JD agents,12.3%. Homemade agents cancontribute more effectively to the pile of N fixed, and improve the indicators of organicfertilizer nutrients to improve the quality of the compost product. After the completion of thecompost, composting products of the the homemade agents and HEM agents achieved thestandards for organic fertilizer in China.Homemade agents handling compost organic mattercontent of52.65%, is4.18%higher composting organic matter than HEM agents.Homemadeinoculant treatment compost total nutrient content of4.25%, is0.16%higher than the totalnutrient compost than HEM agents processing instructions. The homemade agents processingcompost product quality is superior HEM agents processing. JD agents and whitespacehandling compost, failed to meet the total nutrient compost products can not be nationalstandards for organic fertilizer. Homemade agents achieve the desired purpose.
